Claire was one of the few who read the attachment and took into account the details I had prepared in the brief. As a consequence, her designs were absolutely spot on the brief. Follow up working with her to 'tweak' the image was a pleasure as she was positive and responsive. I will invite her to work with me again.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a well established (over 25 years) dog boarding, training, and doggy daycare facility. We are more experienced in training than all of our competitors. Our target audience is the pet owner more interested in substance than fluff. Our target also includes customers that have an interest in having a well behaved dog and would like to combine boarding/daycare with training. We compete with much larger and more expensive facilities...that deliver much less personal attention to the guests.

We are all about personal attention. Our customers are letting us take care of their "kids". We take it very seriously and obviously are all animal people. Our main competitor is bigger and more expensive, we are much more personal in our approach and have a very long history. Incorporating training is important for the pet/owner relationship and is an important part of our revenue/business model.
