Logo should have a monogram of TP and TIME PROPERTIES written beneath it, TP monogram can be creative, timeless, and aesthetic. Colors must be in blue with a white background. I will attach the current logo for reference of preferred color and font used, furthermore ill attach monograms that are used by different brands that i like. The selected designer will have to submit the chosen logo with two formats, english logo only and english logo with Arabic wording translation of TIME PROPERTIES in the final draft، so the logo with the Arabic translation can be used for certain documents that requires it. TP TIME PROPERTIES الوقت للعقارات Business cards and letterhead should be simple and have all the releavant information.

Slab serif monogram
Monogram logo for real estate investors, done in classic slab serif style yet with modern appearance. Working on three letter monogram is always a daunting task, so I love how this one turned out. Straight and blocky letters with uniform line thickness are merged and interconnected in such fashion that overall icon perfectly fits the square, and all letters are easily readable without putting too much strain on the eye. This compact icon paired with modern font, features bold black and red colors rounding this design as one timeless brand carrier.

Modular and responsive wordmark

Final and approved logo design for a real estate investment and development company of the new era, focused on multifamily housing for the millennials. Breaking the mold of whats common in real estate world, this custom and unique wordmark is built on simple and blocky letters, which in returns makes this design so modular and responsive. Minimalistic letter form that is still clearly readable is allowing this wordmark to be aranged in a number of layouts, each carrying same unmistakable recognition and unique look.

Real estate branding redesign
With a new concept, changing the face that traditional real estate agents normally look like, Maison Global is established company based in Sydney, looking to redesign their branding to be more in line with the new business model. After a few concepts tried, we settled on this modern and abstract monogram. Diamond-like isometric facets are forming letter M inside this 3D wireframe, featuring mesmerising Bondi Beach colors. Paired with modern lettering in dark charcoal shade, this logo pops from the page and is easy to remember, while managing to escape the obvious in the industry, which both me and clients liked.
