jlmee71l got their new book cover by running a design contest:
Superconscious Humans book cover - Make history with your design.

The author is a professional writer who has interviewed the principal scientists working in this field.
Iopen – Superconscious Humans reveals the genetic master control switch for consciousness. Modifying this gene in neurons can produce sustainable states of expanded awareness. This change can facilitate the evolution of humanity to higher states of being and greater cognitive ability. Proof-of-principle has just been achieved with mice in the laboratory.
The book will be privately shared with a small number of wealthy investors and donors who are passionate about making the world a better place. Primarily GenX, and Millennials, California, liberal, progressive, and future focused, They often practice yoga or meditation and some have experienced expanded states of consciousness from mindfulness practices, cannabis or psychedelics.
Book cover type
8" x 10" hardcover. Modern sans serif typeface. The Real Magic cover I uploaded shows an interesting transition from a blueprint design to a human. Perhaps the Iopen cover could follow this idea in a different way, maybe with two eyes instead of one, or a complete head. Or you could take a completely different approach. I am not an artist. The second design was done by a friend but it looks home-made and unprofessional.

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
