One day, I woke up and realized we can live incredible lives if we just put in the efford and focus on making each area of life better day by day (Mental, Physical, Familial, Social, Financial, and Spiritual). When life finally clicked, I started to work on turning my life around. From ADD and learning disable to high IQ, 40lbs overweight to lean triathlete, from mediocre relationships with family, friends and partner to awesome. In my perspective, the usual "self-help" book is one topic with a lot of filler. Imagine a personal development book that goes into detail how to transform every major area of your life, in depth. In the book, I tell stories, I teach and share tools. The best part is, the information is backed by the latest peer reviewed scientific literature. The main message of the book is becoming the best person you can, and in doing so, you can transform your community, your country and even the whole world.

The audience is for the few who want to put in the work to live extraordinary lives. The content is focused towards North American audiences but the information applies everywhere. The age group is focused on 18-45 but applies to all trying to live an awesome life. Gender is for both females and males but I speak from my masculine experience.
