Villagio Folder & Brochure

We need a folder and brochure inserts for a high profile real estate company in Texas. These will be presented to affluent business investors in pitching the new property development.

We would like the finished mockup to look like the above examples for the most part. We would especially need the following included:

-Front folder cover design
-Inside folder design
-CD Design that compliments the layout
-Page insert design

We would like to finish the contest by 09/12/08 and hope to announce the winner by then. Upon a winner being chosen, we will decided whether or not to hire the winning designer for additional work and revisions on the project.

We plan to provide constant feedback, and payment options will be discussed with the winner.

Desired Color Scheme: We would like to adhere to the color schemes provided in the link above...but would be open to new ideas that are in that vein of look and feel.

Desired Style: We want simple, sophisticated, and rustic...think a really nice Texas ranch style with a tuscan feel.

File Formats: .psd, .ai, .eps

Anything that strays too far from the initial specifications, as listed above.
