Facebook Ad Contest - for a Non-fiction Book

Am an Author. Have written a management book. Also write a blog on office situations.

Am an author. Want a Facebook Advt designed.
The advt will showcase the cover of the book, with the offer to download ebook of 3 chapters from the book.

The contest is blind, and guaranteed.

Specification

1) The image size to be 1200 x 628 (FB Ad specification)

2) Want a two-column type layout - I have attached a sample of ads in the pdf file to show some such Facebook ads

3) I have also put therein a mock-up ad indicating the layout that I like - basically the book cover will be on the right side, and the chapter names on the left side in contrast background.

4) The text on ad to be, as in the attached mock-up

[It will be names of the three chapters. They are: 1. What to do when a Senior does not respond? 2. How to manage a Big Team? 3. How to get a 5 (Excellent) in Appraisal? ]

5) The text needs to be striking / contrast background - to attract eyes to it, and make people click on download link.

6) While I have given my idea in the mock-up - please do not be constrained by it. I am open to anything which gets viewers to click through for eBook.

7) I have attached the book cover image too

8) The ad need to pass the Facebook Text Overlay tool - https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay
