The banner will have to support a number of formats but you can feel free to design your banner in the following formats

I would ideally prefer that the banner be in the same colors as our site http://www.psdisasters.com/
Text:
I would like the banner to have the text "Photoshop Disasters" within the banner in some way.
Something else to consider within the banner might be the word "Rejected" like you see within the banner on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/psdisasters
Theme:
I would like the banner to have a hint of humor in it that reflects what our site is about e.g. maybe a woman without a leg or someone with no arms or something of the like, you can see photoshop disasters greatest hits here http://www.psdisasters.com/p/greatest-hits.html
Winner
The winner will be the person who comes up with the most creative banner, I'm not looking for something dull or boring.
Other notes
If you have other ideas as to how the banner should look please submit them. I'm more interested in getting the best banner than something very ordinary looking.
